Yoga Outside for Adults
Sundays, May 31 – September 6 at 11:00AM
Mt. Vernon Park Association in Hollin Hall is doing a weekly Sunday morning yoga class outside! I will teach biweekly. It is open to MVPA members (or guests of members) Class will be $20 for members and $25 for non-members with entrance fee.
The name "SayLa" is a purposeful twist on the correctly spelled Selah, reminding us that we are imperfectly perfect when we pause intentionally.
Yoga helps us embrace our flaws—both in ourselves and others—and challenges us to pause, breathe, and be the change we seek, beginning with ourselves.
There’s no better time or place to start yoga than right here and now.
