SayLa Yoga

SayLa Yoga was created from a desire to offer an opportunity for an intentional pause, inviting our community to experience the grounding benefits of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement.

Jennifer Hanks has been a student of yoga for more than half of her life. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024, Jen felt called to share yoga with her community, inspired by the many benefits of practicing all eight limbs of yoga.

Yoga at Martha Washington Library in Fort Hunt began in June 2024 and continues today. Jen has taught students of all levels and ages, including children, throughout her teaching journey and continues to practice as a student as frequently as possible.

Jen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, earned her teaching certification in 2024 from a Registered Yoga School (RYS), and is insured.
